5 card draw

in 5card draw, when you have a pair and an ace, keep the ace or toss it?

tbh never really played draw poker

its a somewhat of an uncommon game these days, can't think of any poker sites that have it as an option and few casinos play it to my knowledge

see it on tv a lot though, its what most "normal" people think poker is when you talk to them, rather than the variations that are usually played

It depends on how many draws you have left.... I would keep it early and throw it late.
