Is it just me or does it seem like there is more fish at 10NL than 4NL? I always look at the plrs/flop % and average pot size and it is higher than 4NL most the time? I've also played 2 or 3 times at 10NL and was able to double my money with ease each time?

You shall talk about this after having played 10k+ hands on NL10. Generally, NL10 is somewhat harder than NL4

A lot harder .
2NL,4NL,5NL are still the lvls where regs play fit or fold and fish call with anything dumb.

I have found quite a difference between the two levels. $4/5 NL on most sites is a donkfest, people will play any two and call it down with very marginal hands. This is great most of the time, but can be very frustrating when they keep catching up to you on the turn and river when they had no business sticking around in the first place.

At $10NL, you will still see occasional play like this, but there is definitely a noticeable difference in the overall skill level. Starting hands are more selective and betting patterns are a little more predictable.

The pots are bigger at 10NL than 4NL? Wow.

Well the average pot size at 10nl is obviously going to be bigger than at 4nl. So there is not much to look there unless you want to mislead yourself.
And playing 2 or 3 times does not give you much of a sample size. You seem to be making such conclusion because you managed to double up 2 or 3 times which i guess surprised yourself, although you might have encountered a fishy table each time but generally that will not be the case. The players will be tougher to beat than 4nl.;)

lol not sure you knew what i meant. Let me be a little more clear. I always table select and compare levels for example on 25NL, for the most part their pot and plrs/flop % is low for the level they are playing at. Now the tables at 10NL are much higher for the level they are playing at. Every time i am playing 4NL avg pot size is $.60-.70 and ply/flop is around 20%. when i look at 10NL avg pot size is $4 plrs/flop 35% :)

it depends on the site you're playing on as well, but like others have said, on the same site, the stakes pretty much always increase in difficulty the higher you go. And even if players are playing bigger pots and more hands, it isn't necessarily easier to beat

10nl presents a different kind of challenge and while you may have found it easier to double up there, you may also find it easier to lose a stack at 10nl. It's basically a feeling that you've gotten due to a hot run in a small sample. The #1 reason higher levels are more difficult are because they contain players that have beaten the previous level. It's only logical that the players who are stuck at 4nl are consistently being surpassed by better players that climb stakes. 4nl players are the stepping stones of the poker world; beat them first.

The biggest difference I have found is that there are more full stack fish at 10 NL which makes it potentially more profitable but be prepared for massive variance.

The regs are definitely better at 10 NL so that's a hugely important factor to consider. The average stack is also much deeper in 10 NL from my experience which really increases variance.

If you get trash in 99 of 100 hands in 4NL and lucky one on 1 of 10 hands in 10NL ofc you`ll get the wrong idea you have. Ofc there is tables in which you`ll face fish even in higher stakes but it`s always right that the higher stakes are the less fishes will have. That`s why I play in low stakes. No! Not because I am fishing there, :D it`s because I`m a fish. :D
