What are your ideas about just calling a 3bet with KK in 6-max NL2 Zoom. I mean every time i 4bet and he calls/raises he has AA. I know its good to be aggressive but i think you show the strength of your cards to much.

So when im in position i'll play call and out position i 4bet and against short stack i always shove. Your thoughts about this my strategie?

(i would 4bet in cashgame)

NL2? Shove! Some of these guys will stack off with any pair preflop.

KK readless you gotta stack off pre. It's weird how variance is. Once I had KK vs AA four sessions in a row over a sample of 10k hands. And for the past 30k hands I haven't had it once.

You have to stack off with KK 100bb deep. Sometimes you'll find the villain 5bet shoving (or calling a 5bet shove) with AK and even QQ.

And if you really believe that the only times your 4bet gets action is from AA/KK, then why not 4bet bluff more?

kk on nl2 is 98% preflop all in. Maybe you can sometimes play different only against players you have 2k hands of stats and his statistical numbers are smth like 9|5|1

One sees a lot of hands in zoom increasing the number of AA KK match ups. They almost always go to show down too, since the aggression factor is high and hand selection tight.

In short, stuff happens. Shove it in.

I do not think over this question. From kings to the end. Sets has not been canceled. At a distance of all balanced.

Use a HUD and look at his 3bet stat. After that it is all basic math.

It is very valuable hand, if you can shove your stack on the preflop - Just do it!

It is the 2nd best hand and there is already 10bb+ in the pot (depends on open/3bet sizing) so taking it down is not a tragedy.

Also, calling a 3bet is iffy since we lose so much value from QQ-JJ when A falls (and if he doesn't have Ax then the chance of it falling increases by 33%!) and we have to play it slowly (especially if OOP).

Well, after you just call 3-bet with KK what do you do if an Axx flop come? do you fold your kings or just call down all the way to the river ?
or if very dangerous flop come out ? Can you also fold...
Think of these two things...
If you cant fold then just shove preflop, its not a bad move in this limits at all
They can call you with pocket pairs higher than 55 and AK maybe AQ in this limits this is possible, well if the guy have AA there is nothing you can do...its just variation.

Neither. You call the flop Cbet and fold if they barrel the turn. That's the standard way of dealing with second pair against an unknown. They could be Cbetting literally ATC on the flop, so you can't just fold to 1 bet, but once they barrel the turn, they probably have either Ax or a semi-bluff, so I'd be folding KK in most cases.

I'm not advocating flatting a 3bet with KK unless you're deep-stacked, but I'm just saying that you don't need to stress so much about the possibility of an overcard.

try to inflate the pot as fast as possible so trying to get it in pre is the best idea . Slowplaying it will alow villains to catch up OR not pay you when scare cards hit the board.

3 betting with KK could be dangerous; But on a 6 handed table, the odds he has AA is around 4%. I would definitely shove if you know the player not to be a total tight wad.

Do you use a HUD? Check out villians 3bet range and 5 bet range if its 0 over a wide enough sample you can get away from KK IMO.

It's very rare to not get KK allin pre. You have to be up against some of the nittiest players to fold pre.

Poker is a decision to the river, so you can fold on the flop or turn, but KK is a strong starting hand, I go to my opponent's stack and all-in

How successful has your strategy been? Is it profitable or unprofitable? As you can see, there are very many ideas how to play KK on zoom. My suggestion would be to play whatever works for you. Sometimes, logic doesn't have all the answers.
