Firstly the hand history in its self I use is I think a perfect example of when I use this play this thread isnt really about the hand though its about my thought process on this spot and just a general question of what do you look for when making this play?

Firstly in the example I shown above theres many things I had to take in to consideration on the hand. I had a large hand sample 3k hands so I felt i could rely on my info. firstly he was stealing from the button 50% of the time he is also folding to a 3bet 70% of the time so thats why my hand selection to 3 bet doesnt have blockers here mainly becuase he's also done this for two to three orbits and this is the first time I've played back at him. I suspect if he has a hand like AK,AQ,AJ he will 4 bet becuase his 4bet % is 2.0 I suspect his cold calling range would be suited connector hands, mid pairs to JJ he may also flat queens since I havnt been to wild on the table. when the flop comes an ace I know vs most of his range he hates it however I also know most of his mid pairs are calling at least one street I also figure his flush draws are calling, I also dont mind this since I have a straight draw also but I'm not really hoping on that to hit to be honest since I think if I get my bet sizing right I can take him off so many hands by the river I even think very weak aces may fold., So I set up my bet sizing where he didnt feel commited to call the river, however I still get a decent prize.

Do you think my thought process on this is alright? anything you've noticed in these spots would also be great. I;ve found these plays to be pretty nice to use so far but its kinda important that there 4bet % preflop is like 1.5% at worst your really looking for 2.0% and above to feel safer on this play.

I also like this play becuase it helps my red line lol

its fancy but its well thought out. ;) not just playign without a clue, I meen if I did this as standard for sure I think I loose more than I win, but when I added up all the stats together it just seems like the right play.
