Need to be more specific.

Vs a raise from what position, type of player you're raising, their bet sizing and your 3bet size...

As pokerkid points out, this is a very complicated discussion. Is the example a utg limp and a co raise? CO's range for raising should be pretty wide if it's a limp, and utg's range is fairly wide (that's why it's ok for co's range to be wide here) - if utg opens and co flats behind, utg's range is pretty strong and co's is weaker. Stats by position are useful here.

How often does utg fold to 3bets, how often does co fold to 3bets? How often does utg fold to cbets, how often does co fold to cbets?

Are we 3betting for value against players who will call with worse? Are we 3betting as a steal against players who will fold better hands either preflop or on the flop?

Here's a good article on 3betting: https://www.cardschat.com/f49/move-beyond-hand-chart-3-bets-133959/

This is all about interpreting the strength of the original raise.

Weak Raise = More 3 Bets.
Strong Raise = Less 3 Bets.

Some general indicators:
- An early position raise is stronger than a late position raise.
- A tighter players raise is stronger than a looser players raise.

The exact range you 3 Bet is very fluid but can consist of:
Pairs, Suited Connectors, Strong Broadways.

Reads are very useful regarding:
- Whether the original raise is strong or weak.
- What range the original raiser will call with OOP. What range he will 4 Bet.
- How he plays in a 3 Bet pot.

This post is sort of a summary of other articles here so a lot of this is just me passing on information I've seen elsewhere. Hope it gives you an idea.
