Ok, so I have started playing 25nl Rush for this weekend, and have about 2,000 hands down.

One of the most profitable plays I've had is 3-betting BTN and SB raises with ATC. This has worked a large percentage of the time (they fold) and I will usually do it everytime unless I have a large sample on someone that says he's a nit.

Usually they raise 3x ($.75), and I will re-raise to $2.15.

Is this a profitable move over the long term?

Thank you.

(My stats are 22/17)

I don't think ATC will remain profitable but I'm sure adding tons of bluffs in there will be super profitable.

lots of people steal at this level, and will fold to 3-bets more often than not. but you do need to be careful because there are some who almost never fold, so ATC will quickly become a losing proposition. however, as LC said above, having a wide 3-bet range will be a good thing for you :)

very unbalanced strategies work great at first, until your unbalance starts showing up very explicitly in the HUDs of your opponents. From then on, you'll be bleeding money.

Also, you really need to say if you play 6max or FR. Those are very different.

This move is rampant at 10nl rush. Love the ones that keep firing until the river then fold to a min raise.

Going to agree, once the regs get hands on you this will NOT work anymore.

this squeeze play is used often up until about the 100nl tables...if used in a timely fashion its a play that should be made from time to time...but not everytime you are on the blinds or the button...being such a common move at these levels...it can be used to your advantage in the reverse...if your early position raise is called then reraised...with the right hand, make the call...as said in an early post, you could check/call the flop and turn and fire at the river and take it down...the players on these levels are very transparant and easy to read....i prefer 200nl but have no problem playing 50nl to triple my buyin vs some of these weak players...enjoy the rush...cheers

Well, I played a lot of rush at the micro limits and I can say that opponents often fall to re style blinds
