I know its standard to lose money from the blinds, and that i really should only be worrying about mitigating my losses as opposed to be winning from the BB, but my loss rate it just way too sick right now, esp when im crushing from every position (i include being +$ from the SB as crushing :D).

Compare winnings/EV in the BB vs the SB. Cant figure out what im doing poorly and thought you guys might be able to help me (also not quite sure what other stats to show for you guys to help- so if theres something you think worth taking a look at tell me and ill screenshot it)

My guess is im calling in way too many multiway pots? Thoughts?

Thanks guys

EDIT: ps, leakbuster is full of shit. tells me im a boss from the BB lol:
BB Reraise steal: 7% optimal range 9.6-11.6%
BB Fold to steal: 78.5% optimal range 71.83- 77.87%

i guess my rr steal from BB could be higher. i do call a lot here to defend and just outplay postflop. might start bluff 3bing more, but thats pretty sick at 2NL

You're doing much better than average from the BB.

I think it is alright to loose money from the BB and you cannot do nothing about it. Most of the time you have to fold in the BB and when you actually have a hand you are not payed.
What is saw intersting about your stats and it should be a starting point to show to a beginner is that half of your winnings comes from the Button play.

oh wow srsly? whats standard winrate (lossrate lol) look like from the BB in terms of BB/100?

ye i know that its virtually impossible to win from the BB. im not concerned with making the a profitable position for myself, was just wondering how i could mitigate losses even further. it has me completely stumped.
lol yeah course they come from the button, i know what im doing just stuck down at fkn micros atm lol

+1. This belongs to BBV.

Also, OP wtf are you doing playing 2nl? You need to move up now now now.

see link mrmonkey posted. also, i played a 50NL homegame the other night and boosted my BR by about $80, im shottaking at 10nl atm. (yes i know im way underrolled, but i have a job now and am pretty sure variance is going to be the issue, not skill)

Don't try to fix what ain't broken. Especially while at 2nl. Instead of wasting time trying to improve this stat, which is already far better than normal, MOVE UP. Moving-up will likely lead to you discovering some things that DO need work as you progress through the levels.

Read the thread. Nowhere do you say how many buy-ins you have. If you don't feel you have enough enough to move up, then just keep doing whatever it is you're doing until you do. Honestly, you'll be extremely lucky just to hold your loss from the BB anywhere near where it is currently let alone improve upon it.

That's just not a realistic long-term goal. Focus on bankroll building, if that's what's needed, then move-up. Or, if winning money isn't important to you, just stay where you are, play for fun, and realize you'll be earning nowhere near what you could if you move up, assuming you have the game to move-up, which it looks like you do from this sample.

Also 150 BI for moving up would be a ridiculous amount. I'm a BR nit, and even I wouldn't wait that long. longest I'd ever wait is 100 BI and at the low micros, even that is overkill.

haha im the opposite of a BR nit. read something on topic i found amusing;
"playing with a BR is like sex with a condom. sure its safer, but its not as exciting". lol.

but ye, im taking a super aggressive shot at 10nl atm. thanks for your input!

Actually i looked at my stats and it is possible. Probabely becuase i play less tables (6 tables at 6-max) and i punish limpers a lot.

Not to rain on your parade, but...... Sample size. It's entirely possible to win from the SB/BB short-term. Long-term, not so much. I, and I'm sure most others, have had stretches of a couple thousand hands where you've been positive from the blinds. Enjoy the ride while it lasts, but don't count on having the same kind of numbers after, say, 50,000 instances of being in the blinds. Nice numbers to this point, though.
