So he's a passive nit?

You can consider folding the turn, and you definitely should fold the river.

I ain't folding this ever here, especially the way you played it. Btw. i would always cbet the flop here, you are UTG with an A high board, and you even have Ks on a double s board. You can get value of worse hands, even from a nit, you can end the action there, and with check you are only showing how weak you are, unless you check-raise him on the flop ( and i think that is rather bad even if you had AK/Ax) or the turn.

But yeah, main mistake is not playing the range and position and missing a cbet i think. The way it's played, i aint folding.
