Last night after the tournament we sat at the 2-6 limit holdem table (laughlin doesn't get many NL tables). I was UTG +2 with pocket Queens. I raise 6 to 8, SB (mouse) raises 6 to 14. I consider capping but instead just call flop comes 8h-10c-4s. Mouse bets 6 i raise he three bets I call. Turn Qh. he checks I check River Jc he bets I raise he calls. I win the pot. Did i get the most for my money?

I probably wouldn't check the turn since he seems to like his hand a lot and I think he's calling a bet there. The check may induce him to make a bet on the river that he wouldn't have made if you bet on the turn, but I think more times than not it's probably better to get money in on every street. At least that's how I see it.
