Ok so I have put in 10k hands at 6max and am down about 4bi after reviewing stats by pos I noticed that I am winning everywhere but the blinds and I'm getting hammered in the bb my vpip in the bb is 2nd highest only to the button so I am thinking if I work on my blind play and truly focus on this area I will be ok thoughts? Also I feel I need help adjusting and being more aggro feel like I am getting pushed around alot by total idiots who cant find the check/fold button.

generally you're going to lose from the blinds. you want to play your tightest from those 2 positions as you will be out of position almost always. u should be folding way more than calling from these positions.

tighten your bb range drastically, stop bleeding by joining multiway pots.

..easy way to adjust, people can't find the fold button, value bet thinner.

3bet more vs LP opens with a polarised range.

tighten up in the BB if you're losing loads, I don't get the coldness to poopflinger (really? thats your username?) he's kinda right.

Post your positional stats, otherwise you really can't be helped much beyond "play tighter in the blinds".

15/11 at 6max seems super tight. You should be opening probably twice as often from the BTN. 3bet is also really low.

Consid I raise/call more than double the amount of hands you do, and more than treble the amount you 3bet id recommend opening up a tad.

I have found that playing tight vs a raise and calling in limped pots with a wide range has worked very well for me. I rarely resteal unless the opener is clearly exploiting me. My VPIP in the BB is 11%. I see more flops than that, but it is usually free. I have also found that refusing to play a big pot without a roc solid hand or power house draw helps slow the bleeding. Dead money grabs are nice from the BB. 1 or 2 of these a session can add a nice sum to your win rate if you are playing people with a fold button. I usually pick up the pot or get 1 caller who folds the flop to a 3/4pot bet.

i honestly think 15/11 is fine for 10NL, something like 17/15 with a 3b of like 5 or 6% id consider optimal

Being down 5 BI's isn't that much to worry about. Glad to see that things are getting turned around. You're doing alright. I have just hit around 10K hands as well. Except I'm down about 16 BI's... you don't feel too bad now do you? Haha

Read your post in another thread and wanted to see your stats. You are definitely playing too tight. You don't need to play LAG but at least open up to 22/19 overall (10%-12% UTG) to (35%-40% BTN). In 6 max playing this tight is just not good enough.

Yeah for sure I am reading the poker blueprint atm and that is helping A great deal but I think I will need to read through it more then once. Told myself that I wouldent play until I get A hand range pre. Im currently in the post flop section of the book and I like it :D

That's a good book and should help you a bit. If you have a chance try watching some videos by Verneer (cardrunners) guys is a micro stakes expert.
