I just started playing 100nl , it's not my first try to beat this limit ( i have made crazy jumps between limits that are out of my bankroll before ) but this time i'm hoping to beat it and maybe become a regular at this limit if everything goes well . this thread is to keep track of my progress and to get some motivation from other people .

1st day graph : not bad for a start :)

Looks good, what is the current EV line?

Also your won without showdown looks very low here... Like your either playing too aggressive in spots then folding river or too passive post flop (just my opinion, I'm a micro grinder so perhaps different here but as I have moved up my won without showdown has got less and less as people are calling less).

Also what BRM are you using? Is this shot taking after moving up from 50NL or have you just jumped in at the deep end?

How many tables are you playing at a time? I'm presuming at least 6-8 for a long session there ^^

What's your actual BB/100 here? Looks around 7...

im playin 4 tabels fast forward on party poker . my non showdown winnings may be low this is because of the amount of aggression at this limit . there is lots of 3bet and 4bet bluffs and people rarely fold to 3bets. maybe i have leaks that can be fixed and i will adjust with time. this graph is showing the winnings of almost 12bb/100 but im running hot my ev is 4 bb/100 . i know it will fix itself with time , im expexting to do arround 5bb/100 . i did not grind my bankroll but i can afford to go on bad runs . i will keep posting updates and will se how things go . :D

well today things took a bad turn :( brutal downswing . i did some mistakes trying to bluff and villain called me down with really weak hands. but over all the deck was giving me coolers all day long. to look on the bright side its only around 6 bi normal for a swing.

Don't like the AJ hand where villain had KQ for the FH. Why not just 3 x his original raise to try get a bit more information.

Unless you have some history with said villain I think 3 x his initial bet then probs fold if he shoves. It's close as the only hand I can see villain calling your shove with that you beat is AQ. I can't really ever see him shoving over your raise with worse than what you have. I f he was holding AQ he gotta be scared of KQ, AJ and TT after you raise turn.

I mean what hands is he cold calling a 3-bet with from the blinds ? TT and KQ are 2 likely holdings which both have you beat so I just don't get the shove. AK which you beat but don't see him ever calling your turn shove with that unless he is a total fish or you have a very aggro, bluffy image and he has seen you spew in those spots before.

What is your 3-bet% from the CO ? I know nothing about villain but I personally would be cold 4-betting AK, AQ from the blinds if you where 3-betting a lot from CO/BTN, but just because that's what I would do you cant eliminate them from villain's range.

Would you play KQ the same way ? What where villain in the BB stats ?

Nice thread anyway :) How come when you post the hand historys they all come out in text not cards ?

i put him on AQ considering his fold to 3b % and actually the % of him hitting a full on the flop is very rare and him calling me in this spot with AQ over the long run is more probable because of the aggressive nature of the game. ( people are shoving and calling all in with top pair weak kicker he can also call with AK for sure )

any reasoning behind 3betting AJo pre? Really don't like jamming at all, we're losing plenty BB this pot the way the cards fell, granted. but jamming is even worse for us Imo.

I find stacking off with TPTK to be wrong a lot of the time. (AK hand) I expected QQ tbh. Is calling a 4bet with AQ standard at 100nl? I guess with the two hearts there and a villain who's calling a 4bet with AQ were kinda alright GII here then?
I'm rooting for you to turn this around! Should be a good 100nl thread!

well unfortunately what is happening is becoming ridiculous. it's not about playing good anymore. i may have played some hands poorly but it dos not justify the swing that is happening with me. what is happening is statistically impossible.
for exp : if you all open your poker software and go to hand grouping you will find 100% sure that AA , Big aces hands ( AK , AK .. ) and Bih pairs ( KK , QQ , JJ ) and medium pairs ( TT , 99 .... ) are making you good money in the long run . well it is not the case with me this time. considering that should be a huge amount of my winnings i am loosing in all the above !! witch is impossible. i will share my stats with you guys and you can take a look. on the other hand i am loosing with lots of monster hands that should be making me money on showdown in the long run ( i have lost a big ammount of hands with 3 of a kind , with straight , with flush , with full house )

If it's possible i need the advice from an experienced player to tell me what the hell is wrong with this 100nl fast forward game ?!!!

It doesn't take a genius to see that you are on tilt, 33%WTSD is almost calling station like. You have to find more folds, just because you can't believe your luck isn't a reason to keep calling. About 25% is optimal
Your cbet% is way too low, needs to be double up nearer 65-75%, this indicates to me you are giving too many freecards and your opponents are profiting from this.
Overall aggression is low, which will be effected mainly by your lack of cbets. I can't see you winning in this game with those levels of aggression.
Looks like you ran well in your first session and now you are just playing tilted, you have made the correct decision to get out of there.
I would suggest once you have cooled down you look at all the big hands again with a clearer mind and I'm sure you will see spots were you should have done something differently. This is a good opportunity to learn from this experience.
Good luck

20BI in one session/day is not run bad. Sorry m8.

As Fig said, you're calling way too light. I suspect you're overplaying your big pairs, especially on tilt.
Hate to see graphs like this of fellow CCers, you've done the right thing in stopping. You need a big cool off and to fix leaks.

Well if calling light means loosing Kk vs AA or or calling when villan he hits his one outer on the river after putting almost all his chips in the middle. Then i guess yes i am calling light. If you like I'm willing to share with you my hand history and you can see for yourself

Man we have all been in your shoes at times, you are doing the right thing asking for help, we are here trying to help you so take the advice or leave it
Just to get the WTSD into perspective 33% of your 4074 sample is 1344 hands, 25% is 1018 hands, so you have called maybe 300 times more often in 4074 than is optimal.
That is really the definition of calling down too light, the evidence is there in your stats. Its nothing to do with losing the odd premium hand.
