I've finally snailed my way up to 100 posts here which seems kind of small, but for as little as I comment on things it's an accomplishment. So for this post I'll ramble about the current state of where I'm at with short hand cash games.

I'm currently playing 10NL @ pokerstars. Below is a report of the last ~9 days.

I've cut down on the amount of time I play poker which has taken my weekly hand totals way down, although I'm still maintaining a decent profit. It'll be another few days until I get my bankroll up to the point that I could start to make the change from 10NL to 25NL.

Once I make the switch I'll be trying to play 2-4 hours a day (mon-fri) and then pull out half the winnings for that week. If the current win rates hold that should equal out to $50-75+ a day, which works out to $250-375+ with a take home of half that amount a week. In the end it could work out to more money if I play the 2-4 hours a day, but currently I'm playing 1-3 hours a day.

Should everything go smooth with that plan, then I'll be moving up to 50NL in roughly 3 weeks from today. I'd also like to get my silver status up to gold for the month of March.

Thanks to everyone here that's gave feed back when I needed it and replied to many of the strange useless posts I've put up. It's always interesting to see other point of views and learning more.

See you around!

GL mate and and keep the posts coming - how many BIs do you need before you're gonna move up?

I'll move up to 25NL in about 7 more BIs. It should take around 2-3 days starting tomorrow.

GL to u.

But I think your being very optimistic in your projected win rates and how quickly you will be moving up. You will have downswings and break even periods that will sting ur bankroll and delay your movement up the stakes.

I'm always optimistic with everything, it drives my wife crazy. There was a small downswing in the 9 day report from above. It was close to $50 loss over 3 sessions, but I got it back in 3 sessions.

Thanks for the GLs, I'll make posts when I move up for people to see the progress.
