This might sound weird but the waitress took over 1hr 1/2 to get around for drinks and I needed a coffee!!! the staff said they'd find someone and never did!! I got really annoyed and my winning stack at the time started diminishing!

LAG on the table started to get his cards just at the wrong time as well.

I had a mega tight appearance and he started to try to exploit that! ... I had tricks up my sleeve but that last card was a doozy! ... I mean he was getting low flushes alnight and the time I end up getting two pairs with a flush draw... he cops a king 2 flush draw hah :) it's all experience and I can't wait to play him again when I'm more level headed.

LAGS quite harder to play against esp if they are experienced... But why does everyone appear so TAG orientated at the micros? so tight it's annoying at times.

I think so many play tag because it's profitable against their loose passive opponents who are prevalent in the micros.

I just started playing at the live casinos recently and I definitely share your frustration with slow service lol. Gone are the days of running to the bathroom during the 5 min break or ordering takeout/making some quick food. At least someone else does it for me, but I specifically remember a player at the table ordering something at the start of a tourney and it getting there 2 hours later at the end! I definitely have been playing quite TAG, exactly for the reason pointguard specified. With ABC poker it is so easy to make good money. That said I'll definitely throw in some limps with suited connectors and hopefully make it big on the flop

I'm definetly working on not limping as much these days... Doesn't matter if I got 109s or AKs ... Only thing i'll change up is position and what hand ranges I put my opponent on.

I won't want to go in with AQ on the button if UTG is raising, it'll get me in a lot of bother if I catch the Ace and look upon AK... Anyways my point is if we bet the same no matter what we hold in our range, it'll be harder for opponents to play us especially in later positions when we widen our range.

A good nit/tag will beat the micros.

A good lag will crush the micros.

I think you're right, yes, but as an amateur I'm not exactly deeply rolled for 1/2 so I'd prefer to avoid the variance. I've always told myself that when I hit enough profit to consider moving to 2/5, I'll open up my range in 1/2 and see how I can manage playing LAG. Then again, the players at my card room have a nasty habit of limping with huge hands for some reason, so TAGs a lot simpler than trying to soul read.
