.01/.02 NLHE 6-max: BB calling ranges?

I started grinding .01/.02 a few days ago on WPN. Over 6250 hands, I'm up ~$23. I'm losing the most money in the big blind according to DriveHUD, and I think it would really help out if I had some calling ranges to work with so I don't overcall or 3bet incorrectly. I've found that playing tight and very aggressive postflop (while mixing in a checkback range on all streets from all positions) to be a profitable way to play these tables. If anyone wants to suggest something else I should examine or take into consideration concering my big blind play, please let me know! Thanks.

EDIT: sorry, if it's a button open it depends on how much they open for and how frequently. As for what to call it with vs later position opens, I wouldn't be too worried as we're going to be losing money in the big blind anyway.

The only thing I can suggest is using your HUD to your advantage.

The way I play bb is pretty much the same as sb. Depending on what happens before you. Your range should be wider than the other positions.

You can defend with a lot of trash, then muck unless you flop a monster. Also im 97% percent sure that gambling is illegal in va. You should probably check that. I know that casinos are illegal there.

In the big blind you want to flat-call against opens the most because the price you are getting to defend is the cheapest. You would want to 3bet more from the small-blind than the big blind.

That said, you will want to defend more hands (either by calling or 3betting) in the BB the later the open, since the later the open the wider the opener's range and thus a hand like QJo will have more equity against a button range than an UTG range in 6-max and ring.

My standard BB defend would include many broadway type hands, small to medium pocket pair, some suited aces and some suited connectors. Then I will be 3betting my big pocket pairs and good broadways and mixing in some 3bet bluffs with some suited aces and some suited connectors.

As others have mentioned above, you will likely be losing the most money in the BB than in any other position and that is true of all players at the table, since the Big blind position essentially forces you to put money at least 1 bb into the pot with a random holding while all other positions (except the small blind with .5bb) are able to see their holdings prior to investing money into the pot.
