Zoom is just like a normal table, only it is faster, and you change tables. If you use HUD, you have an advantage on the other players

I play Zone on Bovado. HUD aint no thang.

It is proven that these games can be profitable. There are pros that only play this format and make money. You just have to put some work to improve your game there.

What do you mean bad habit? It's only a bad habit if you're losing money at it and not improving.
