If you happen to have problems with it, please install the latest version on Internet Explorer, close the software and open it back, you can then click under rewards.

If after downloading the lastest internet explorer version, close the software and open it back; still does not work, you will need to contact our CS support at 1-877-314-4195 for them to troubleshot on it and if still available, credit the $2TBs manually.

It is not only for people with IE, as you may see the promotion applies for all customers who created an account before Dec 1st. The reason we are needing you to download the latest version of IE is because our platform is created with IE.

If you happen to have any problem getting the $2TBs because you do not shown the Free Money Tab, you can contact our CS team at 1-877-314-4195 and they will add it manually for you, once it's done you will be able to see the promotion.
