Yesterday I lost four tournament buy-ins when their servers went down. I was told buy the support that it was too bad as the tournaments weren't cancelled. However I was told to have a wonderful night and why not make a deposit. What a ridiculous attitude from their support department - I have a bankroll - I don't wish to make a deposit.

And then this morning, I have six tournaments/sit and go's running and server goes down again. Lost another six buy-ins. **** this shitty site and their useless support department.

Is this true? I was considering playing at ACR, but thats really f'd up. They wont refund you but theirs server was down? Thats seems like scamming honestly.

If you have the patience and intelligence you will be able to solve things in the best way possible. But if I worked on ACR support and a client came with all this ignorance that you are demonstrating in this post, I would do the same thing also give you the same answer telling you to make a new deposit and still report that you lost because of our failure . I think ACR is the best platform that exists in the world of pokeronline where I find a smaller number of bad beats, I get along well with ACR and only tenhoo to thank for together with CC to provide us wonderful nights with the table colleagues, providing the best pokeronline world freeroll.

Now I cant seem to find the 50 cent sit and go. I hope they havent done away with that!

If their server goes down, it eventually comes back. I was patient and kept re-trying and got re-connected and finished in the tourney. If we play online stuff happens.

Yeah same thing happened to me in the $500 GTD turbo on Saturday. Lost my buyin, was chip lead, disappeared completely.

It's strange to think that a site of this size would steal your buy-inn.
I hope you are wrong and that this is resolved quickly.

If you did not try to log in they should not reimburse you. If you did they have records of it and they should refund you with an apology of $50 for the terrible experience.

Tournament money grows exponentially.

I am not sure whats going on with you...but I know a few players who were involved in Sundays MOSS #1 tourni who got refunded - and I myself was playing 3 SNGs - got refunded for all of them. Then tried to play more last night - and it went down again, got refunded for them as well. So i am unsure what is going on from your end - but they have been refunding me for these issues. I know your frustrated and I can understand, but they are the biggest site for US players to date....I highly doubt they are going to bother ruining their traffic by "scamming" people of SNG buy ins. I hope they reimburse you as they should and hope you get this issue solved.

If the tournaments were not cancelled that means others were still able to play them. Maybe the connection issue was on your end? Was your browser still working? If it was their server that went down than they should be aware of this and refunds should be automatic. I'll stick with pokerstars for now.

This is a server problem which seems to occur more often after their hacking experience.

They must have given me some of your money. I downloaded ACR as it said you had to create an account this way to play their mobile version. Turns out, you can only play a couple of ways on mobile and not the MTTs. A couple of days ago they deposited $5 into my account to use however I like, no strings.

Thanks for that. Lose some more buy ins and maybe I’ll get $10 next time.

Sucks though. (For you).

Hope they get act together. I called the tech support number, got the ceo's recording, wishing me a good day and did I wish to leave a message? Decided against the message, don't like to go negative.

acr is under ddos attack it seems weekly,im fairly certain they will make things right.maybe just cool off a bit then give talking to them another go,maybe trying to remain calm it might help things out

I signed up for it, we will see if the server stays up.

What is surprising is that when they experience these so called attacks that when they are finally resolved they have more push advertisements. I think they are having problem with their software team, they must be putting these ads out before thoroughly testing them.
I found they had to many lose players on there for me to bother.

So in the end the six tournament buy-ins I lost yesterday were refunded as the tournaments were officially cancelled. However the first four no such luck. To the skeptics here the disconnection issue was exactly the same to me as far as I was concerned. I did try and log back in, however I was unable to resume them due to software malfunction - ACR are aware of this and the reason for my post was that their attitude was very poor.
