WSOP Circuit STL

I just got back from Harrahs and registered for Event #1 of the wsop Circuit in St. Louis on April 2nd. I plan on donking my way to the final table and winning a ring! (I'm kidding). Anyone from CC playing in any circuit events in STL?

talked to another player at Harrahs thursday night and they told me about this site. We were talking about online poker and forums. I decided to look into it. I registered for the $400 buy in on thursday at noon (ring event) and might play another non ring event on that same wknd. how did you fair in event 1? 675 players is tough. what were the payouts?

Unfortunately the tourney didn't go too well for me . I went in with a game plan to play tight early and try to chip up a little bit and then play more aggressively as antes kicked in. But none of this worked. I never got above the starting stack of 8000 and pretty much went nowhere. Made some bad plays, had some bad luck, didn't do much of anything right and I was out in level 5 ..... It's all good though, I just plan on winning the main event instead!
