WOW what a great time!!!

Sunday we head down to Foxwoods to play in the WPT $260+$40 Event (Monday). Sunday we decide to gamble some upstairs. My friends friend was a HIGH ROLLER. He was betting hundreds a hand on Black Jack and several times bet the max. $1000.00. He finished up 6K on the night. He beats so much money down there he gets a corner suite for free (those rooms are bigger than my house). Anyway I played OK and was up $600 on the night which paid for my buy-in on Monday morning and then some. So we head to bed. Wake up and where too late to enter the early session so we get into the 1pm session. Either way between staying in a corner suite playing all night (4am) having a grea dinner (free) was well worth the trip.

2 of my friends head down Monday morning and we all play in the 1pm session. It was a shoot out and you had to win to play in the next round. 5 total people I knew in the tournament and 3 moved on to the bigger tournament. One guy got busted out real quick, I got busted out with 250 people left, and my othe buddy made the final table and finshed 9th.

I was playing great all day and lost almost all of my chips on a ruff deal. I was the button and the UTG went all in everyone folded and I called with KK, he had 44 - A 4 hit on the flop with no K coming on the turn or river. Sad!!!! I only had 1K in chips left and had to get lucky. My boy that finished 9th went out almost the same way except it was KK vs. JJ with J hitting on the flop. He cashed out with just over $4K. Not too bad for a $300 entry fee. Although 1st recieved 87K. $4K must feel good, but must be bitter sweat when you had 87K in site with KK vs. JJ. BTW he was 2nd in chips and was all-in with the chip leader so he would have been way out in front if he won that pot (which he should have).

Anyway I went on to play some cash games and fummed off another 1K of my own money. 2 really bad beats as well (kinda). The 1st was my AA being busted! I was BB and the SB moved all-in - I had AA so obviously I went all in! He had J9u and hit the straight on the flop!!!! OUCH That was for $650 (total pot size just over $1300). Now I'm really fumming so the other $350 went out pretty fast! I had 78c and the flop hit 910c2s, the turn I hit my straight flush with the Jc, I raise pot size and the guy goes all in. I call - he had Qc! Bastard!!!!!! I'm just glad I didn't bring more cause I would have lost a lot more on either of those hands!

So what ever man I think I need a break from poker!!! At least my going on a break after a HUGE 2 days of play!

Good news is I won back $500 of it on Black Jack.

I'm starting to feel like the unluckiest poker player alive either live or online. I sure hope it turns around and I cash in my next tournament or I might have to quit playing for money.

I opologize about the exact cards only because I couldn't remember them. All I know was I had the low end of a straight flush. Still all TRUE. No joke. I have friends that witnessed.
