We understand that you have contacted us to have your gameplay checked and verify with the software issue that you had at the time since you mentioned that you lost some amount while you were playing (obviously or wouldn't contact).Our team reviewed and investigated with your situation however,it shows the rest of the tables were working fine and there is no issue.
Ok so then the message continues after denying me the rightful amount owed.
It was found out that you are the only one that is having issues and it is considered an isolated case since other players are able to make actions on table.We do not wish to take any money from our players with out the right reason but this is not something that we can cover since we did not cause it.
We understand that the program/software that you are using came from our website but that does not mean whatever happens on software running on your device will be covered right away.
There are a lot of factors that may cause some glitch or bugs while playing but we will cover the fee's or refund the lost amount(have not) if it was caused by our server that clearly show problem coming from us.

same agent i contacted with issue as was happening during hand since online there is no floor just online chat which takes time.I had made 3 bet then was 4 bet i clicked call 10 times nothing glitchy screen however other tourn running fine.
So I was folded but not before I was able to 3 bet ???
Did not seem or feel right like why right then.Was I going to win the hand and me continuing the bet was unacceptable somehow?
Even after support says there was an issue no credit.
