I was playing a mass tourney on PokerStars
, $10+$1 with about 1,000 entrants. I played tight and won pretty much every hand until I had turned a 1,500 chip stack into 17,000. So I get J9 suited and call. The flop comes JT9 with the T and 9 of my same suit. One guy bets hard, I call, and another guy calls. The turn is a J of the same suit as the T and 9. I have a boat and have no worries about a flush. I go all in. The guy who bet hard originally folds, but the previous caller calls again. He's got 78 suited for a straight flush. I go from being about 20th in stacks to being out.
