Maybe you should ask them the reason for that and do what they ask from you in order to withdraw your money.

If the site does not allow you to withdraw money, then there is a good reason for this. So you violated one of the agreements signed during the registration on the site. In this case, the site should send you a letter with explanations. But there is one more case when you can not withdraw money. You need to deposit at your cash desk the minimum amount of money that is prescribed in the contract. It's from 5 to 10 dollars. pokerstars 5 dollars. In a couple of days it's usually possible to withdraw money. Take into account that at the end (do not know exactly) half the year when withdrawing money you will have the same situation.

If this is another situation, then write to the support website.

Interesting thinking, go with lawyer :)

Maybe they are analyzing the way you get money, which might take a time for that. Do not writte to them sentence like this one with police and etc. Be patient and kind, hope you will get money soon.

how long they do not response to you? Share with people name of client? if it is big amount, maybe there are some kind of checking informations about your withdrawal.

Good luck,

Dobatibata

Which poker room? All poker rooms ask for id verification, so I guess this is where you're stuck?

Which Police force are you thinking of contacting, there is not much the Police can do if e.g. you are in switzerland and the poker site is in the Bahamas.

Find out what they want and do it.

u can write about it on all the poker forums and letter to the support, indicating the links to the posts, if everything honestly and met all the conditions for withdrawal. If you are not honest, then no police will not help you.

There are certain conditions in the agreement or deposit.
You need to deal with this first.
Another site support service can help you understand the reason, unless, of course, you do not know it.

That depends on the site. If its PokerStars, then there might be some understandable problems on your side. It its some crappokersite, well then you might be a victim to their casual fraud.

9x out of ten it's on the user, for cheating, not providing id verification, not reading the rules and regulations.

Most reputable sites will not steal your money smaller shady sites with the huge deposit bonus offers however might.

99% of the times the problem is with user most common issues - id/address verifcation, not cleared deposit bonus, mulitple accounts, never made deposit, never made a deposit with withdrawal method, withdrawal method account not on user name.

Unless it is big sum in the thousands at least you are trying to withdraw it will not make any sense to take action. You will have to take a lawyer and file a suit it will cost you legal fees upfront you may get them back if you win the ruling and loads of time and effort.

First you should win (which is hard) then ask questions. The odds that you win are miserable.

They don't make it easy tbf, if you haven't deposited in 3 months the deposit format cannot be used so you need to re-add funds to make a withdrawal.

If you use like me a free service like paysafecard you can't put money back into it so you again need to deposit again then the banks charge you a cash transaction and %

Deposit and make regular ins and outs. Don't wait for the million before you leave😱

If this is how a poker site is running you shouldn't even be playing on it, usually most poker sites will ask you to make a deposit first to then withdraw your money and also send in utility bill or bank statement (No more than 3month old) with a passport pic or driving license with photo ID first but you should always receive a reply by e-mail, i've never heard of anyone wanting to contact police through an issue like this which seems crazy you're even playing on the site.

I use to think all poker rooms must be legit.. until GG Poker actually stole my money in account for a bogus rules accusation

I now firm believer - stick with the majors PokerStars, 888, partypoker and ACR

what I have learnt is that none of these poker sites are accountable to anyone.. they make their own rules and there is no oversight nor appeal process

want to sue them? good luck they headquartered are in some foreign island republic, or lawless place.

major sites are professional.. do business with them
