I hope this is in the right spot.
I have lately been having some trouble with the intertops poker site. I finally found out why, Windows Defender (antivirus) was treating it as a virus. Their latest update would not let me register for any tourneys. I looked at my logs and found out it was blocking the site.
I have disabled it and starting using the Avast free antivirus, I have used this one in the past and installed it for years on customers' computers. Last month for an unknown reason Intertops was uninstalled while I was playing in a tourney. This might have been the reason.

I do not think that there is any significant reason to be afraid of this site. False triggers are not uncommon, especially for such a program as the Windows Defender.

True, I am still playing there, I have noticed it blocked some of my software programs as well. I work on computers and networking for a living, all above the board. Nothing shady. I started playing around with it then just decided I didn't want to fight with it all of the time. I will just simply use a different antivirus.

Glad I don't play on intertops. When Malwarebytes upgraded there software to be a "virus replacement" that also plays well with other anti-virus, I dropped Avast and started using Windows defender along with Malwarebytes paid program. I would hate to have to start using Avast again because of false positives.
