I've been wondering...... since there's not many people talking about WH, do you guys play at this site? Anyone? What's your experience? Do you know if you have to deposit to withdraw your money? and what is the minimun for withdrawal? To me the skin/software seems better than FTP. I really don't like the way FTP is done, but WH looks quite good. Any experience with the site is welcomed.

I had played a couple of their freerolls, but the times are so off for me that its only possible on the weekends. My iPoker skin I play the most would be Titan, however again just freerolls as found out it wasn't traced back to cc so no benefit in depositing given all the much better sites available.

Ipoker in general I don't mind their software, i like it better than the wpn software or ongame software, or Ladbrokes and some of those etc.

I have no idea regarding their withdrawel or deposit process but there are a few people around the forum I know play some on titan, but not sure about wh.

I'll try to check out their site then... What they say about cashouts, deposits etc. Thought someone might have personal experience.
I've used no deposit bonus on william hill and got $10 to start up my bankroll. Things are going really well over there. I'm more fan of MTTs, but I play mainly cash games on WH and it took just couple of days to make it up to $80. I lost some of it, but now I'm back to $60. Never went so smoothly on PS, but perhaps it's due to large number of donks on WH. I'm not complaining :D

yes you have to make a deposit first, then you can withdraw. I withdrawed on skrill, no problem at all, no fees. After your deposit you will get 100% bonus and 5 tickets into freerolls. I played there only 4-5 tournaments, but got on FT in two of them. I kind of like it there, competition is average, I dont know why I dont play more often there :) gl

I play on there at least a few times per week.
I actually prefer it of all the iPoker skins I play on (& I play on 8 of them altogether). WillHill has lots of decent promos for the micro player... just go on their main page & check out 'promotions'. Currently there's a few you get into very easily (ie. "poker coach $1,000 freerolls, $500 Freebet freeroll, etc.).

As Skrill is closing it's doors to Canadian players soon, I'll be left with making a choice for a handful of sites I'll still be playing on. I'm pretty sure williamhill will be one of them.

Typically on most sites, you have to deposit with the same method you will be making your withdrawal in. For where you reside, it'd be ideal to setup either a Skrill account or neteller. You will then be able to withdrawal using the same method with withdrawal times usually being 24-to-48hrs.
On WilliamHill they've always got lots of min. deposit deals going on for the micro player & if you have something like Skrill you'll be able to take advantage of them monthly (on Titan they also have a Weekly $1,250 deposit freeroll, for making a minimum deposit... which I think with Skrill is ~$20 (13.75euros)... but actually I think it's more likely min. 10 euros (I know 'BetFred' is which is another iPoker network skin).

PaddyPower is another iPoker network skin you might consider checking out. They too have some decent deals & have a few site-specific games (most games are shared on all skins on the network).

For members/players suggesting the software is terrible or that they get alot of disconnects, etc. on iPoker, my own experience is that I did have alot of problems on there ~2yrs. ago when they did a lobby update/upgrade but once they fixed it (~4mos. later) it runs very smoothly for me (just as smooth as Fulltilt & pokerstars).

Good luck! :)

I like WH for the very same reason :) They have some nice promotions and as a new player there, I've had access to new players' games that are not bad at all. Like 0,10c game and I won little over $11. Overall it seems to me it's not too hard to build BR from $0 over there. I think I prefer WH to FTP.

Thanks a lot for useful info! :) I'll check out neteller and skrill.... I have no experience with withdrawals. On PS I've always deposited using PaySafe card. I need to look into this and learn all that stuff haha.

Never heard of PaddyPower, will be checking that one, too thanks.

I also experienced some disconnection problems on WH, but it's mostly about my wi-fi. It happens on PS too at times.

I always play hard-wired to the internet while playing poker. I want to have the fastest connection possible... always. Even while playing on my laptop, I always have the ethernet cable plugged in. I've lost too much money from disconnects in the past. I used to actually have a back-up internet provider in case my internet went out for some reason (now I rely on running down to McDonald's as it's only a 2min. walk from my place, lol).

That makes sense. But I dont have "a cabel" option at the moment. Though I remember the frustration when playing zoom and having AA.... I even hit the flop and then I was disconnected. I was so mad lol. Not to mention if it happened during some important tournament. I need to move closer to McDonald's too haha. Sounds like good solution. :D

WilliamHill support is decent too... with the option of 'Live Chat'.

Recently I had qualified for a monthly $5,000 freeroll & on the day I went to play it, the token wasn't in my account. I was bummed & wrote to support.
(the value of the token was $17+ based on the number of entrants although it is an extremely softfield of 'casino' players)
The first support staff sent me a $2 token as compensation.
I wrote them back as this was obviously not cool.

The next one sent me a $5 token. Still not cool. I asked them to forward my request to someone who would take care of it. (I was asking for a $22 token )

The 3rd one sent me a $55 tournament token :) (I was also able to keep the $2 & $5 they'd already given to me).

This is just one example of how support has been for me on WilliamHill. It keeps me playing on there.

Wow, that's a great approach. It's nice when they care and actually try to resolve what you need from them. I didn't need anything from the support so far but I got some free ticket into tourney where you could win tickets worth around $2,000 .... I think about 40 places got the tickets. Things like that, these kind of promotions are really nice. I was like "What? You're giving me this chance for free? To win a ticket worth that much?" WH knows how to make people come back :)
