It is unfortunate that the FBI has cracked down on our favorite game but here is a question:

I owe Full Tilt $570, they have not taken any of it out since early February, yet it has been sitting in my bank account. Seeing as their payment processor bank accounts were shut down and all of this other business happening,

Do you think Full Tilt will get their money from me? :p

Don't know if you have heard, but they have been having problems with their processors lately, and even more today....

They wont get your money....the Government will though.....just close your bank account and reopen another one and that will take care of your problem if your worried about them taking your hard earned losses out.

From appearances, it sure looks like all those guys who didnt get funds taken out of their bank accounts are gonna have gotten free money from FTP. Since it is likely they will never be back again, guess you may get the one freeroll life sometimes gives you.

Of course, you can always make a direct wire transfer to FTPs bank in whereever for good karma :)

I have no intentions of closing my bank account so i guess i'll just wait forever to see if they do or don't take it. I'd rather they take it now than never

I don't see how FT can attempt to get the money??? What payment processor will try to collect for them? What bank will allow the funds to be taken out of the an account?? I am sure that banks by now have a list of the company names FT used to skirt the banking laws.

A player told me that they have 3 quick deposit transactions that were funded into their FT account and removed from their bank account. Subsequently, the 3 transactions are in process of being reversed. The reversals were not initiated by any action or communication by the player. The processor told the player there was an error and that the transactions bwere going to be reversed. The processor customer service agent was "unable" to explain any of the details around who the merchant was and who initiated the error.

Very interesting turn of events????????

Full Tilt can no longer tender a viable claim to your funds as they have legally forgeited their right, if any, to collect same predicated on the allegations as set forth in the underlying unseaded indictedment in the Southern District of New York. Their deal with the Uniteds States Attorney's Office limited to facilitating the RETURN of funds to the players, and specfically does not permit the site's attempt to COLLECT funds.

Only in the event that somehow their is a global settlement with the United States Attorney's Office whereupon the site(s) agree to act in compliance and not permit any gambling from US Players, could your money be subject to collection. At present, any and all of the payment processors are under Indictment for serious allegations that include, and are not limited to money laundering, fruad, inter alia. God Help them if they amend their complaints on file, and include allegations for RICCO Violations!

I would advise that you treat the money as yours and not subject to collection, and while there may be some collecor attempting to collect on behalf of Tilt some time in the future, I would not worry about same, and you can guide your conduct and not worry as when party poker left the Market as the dominating number one online site, their forfeited tons of outstanding money to avoid prosecution.

Full tilt sent me an e-mail about a week ago that they were going withdraw $20 from my bank account in 1-3 days, and it never happened. So I wouldn't worry about it.

Is the FBI going to sieze the $200 they still owe me?lol

A US bank will stop any gambling entity from withdrawing funds from your account, my bank notified me that they would not honor any transactions that appeared to be associated with online gambling. They say though it is my money it is against the law for them to pay out to those sites....
