As far as I know, tournament dollars are not intended for exchange. You can use these funds as a buy-in the tournaments.

yes my friend you can exchange them,in poker stars,in tools,transfers and exchanges they aloud you to buy or sell some t money,with the id off the other players and the exchange rate.i jus wanth to know witch will be the regular transfer rate.

Seems to me I've seen guys paying 80 cents on the dollar in the past.
