But the service they provide is horrible, I think they must have the record in disconnections, and what they do or do is apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Now with the excuse of quarantines they do not have live support, if you send an e-mail the response time goes from 24 hours to 72. I believe that with so much money they handle, they should invest more in a computer center and high level of systems analysts.
