My hard drive crashed last month and I lost all my hand histories. No big deal since I'm not a heavy grinder and the player pool changed after April 15, but I had heard that pokerstars will send you more than just your last 100 hands if you request it.

10 minutes after emailing a request I got this email:
Thank you for your email.

You can request all of your hand history from us at any time.

Your hand history request for the past 2 years is currently being processed. Please note this could take up to 24 hours to deliver all hands.

You may also receive multiple emails, the many billions of hands PokerStars has dealt means there are a number of different databases containing your hand histories. You will need to download the hands from all emails sent. Your patience is appreciated.

And then a couple minutes later I started receiving a series of emails from support with links to compressed files adding up to 2 years of my hand histories.

Fulltilt sent me an email (quite awhile ago, Jan18/2010) saying I was chosen to participate in a Beta test of their new HandHistory Request tool. I could request any & all games HH's I'd ever played on the site.
So I had my first few tournaments sent to me. Was fun playin' them back thru Popopop Replayer.

Pretty sure this feature/tool was available to all eventually? I think it was far better than Stars HH... sigh :(
