Why no Betonline thread or rep??

Betonline supports leaves a lot to be desired - I have yet to get a return email from their customer support.

This forum supports their site, it would be really nice to see someone from Betonline monitor any questions from players.

The ACR rep on here is great and always responds quickly - Im sure a lot of your players are members of this forum and would appreciate your help

Yeah, their customer support is so/so compared to other sites for sure. A solid place to play though and payouts are timely.

But they need to step up their support efforts. A forum rep is hard to do for a lot of sites.
