Hey Cardschat members. i havent been able to play/see any "videos" on boomplayer for a LOOONG time witch is pretty annoying since people always post hands they want to get feedback on in there. i get this pop up when i try to run it.

you can use boom from the Instant Hand History window, pulse Ctrl+I to open it and you can boom your hands from there

Did you try using a different web browser? Or try updating Adobe Flash player.

You can also contact pokerstars support for help.

First of all clear your history, cache, cookie and everything else, after that try restarting your system and then your problem will be solved.

I think updating the Adobe flash player or re-installing your browsers can work.
If it doesn't work Doing these things then you have to re-install your OS.
