Who wants "In the Money"

FTP has yet another promotion running, "In The Money". Our very own cc has a news article on it: https://www.cardschat.com/news/full-tilt-wants-players-money-565

So anyone planning to grind some stt's on FTP this week? Will you attempt the flips or grind out enough cashes to get 1 free entry for 10 earned tickets (basically between 30 - 60 cashes depending on the varient you play, reg, turbo or super turbo).

It has me thinking about doing a little grinding, although following my own BRM I shant play higher than the 1$ games and really if I grab out 30 cashes quickly how worth it are the 1$ stt tickets going to be. I wonder if this will have anyone possibly playing outside their br to try and get free tickets but by playing a stake they might not be rolled for?

Anyone planning to grind them, at first glance it seems like a great promo to encourage volume but if you manage 50% ITM on reg speed and play 60 games your only getting a 2$ return from the bonus on a 60$ investment if you take the gtd tickets as opposed to opting for the flip games. Just a though, does it seem worth it?

No one grinding stt's on ftp for this promo? If so what level, whats the goal you have in mind to grind, are you going to flip or accumulate for gtd tickets?

i have just played 2 .5oc STT starting my third.. Flip might be a better option. I sure am not going to play out of my BRM... If I get lucky in flip it is a bonus

So regged in 6 flip sng's last night, none kicked off before i closed out ftp (at which point the software had a hissyfit because of all the games I'm regged for and trying to log off whatever query it runs is slow as fck, makes me wanna have a look to see if I can stop it from prompting through options).

Anyhow, initially was going to build and get gtd tickets but the 50c ht games went horribly worse than i expected on the first nights grind, I pretty much cut my losses at that point haha. Anyhow hopefully i can get at least 1 free ticket from those 6 flips, will find out in an hour

Are you referring to FT MTOPS #'s, cause I won $2T ticket and burn through them garnering seats in #1, 8, 20 & 23... I think I'm missing one. But yeah, it didn't effect my bankroll since it was $T money but could eventually build my bankroll...

haven't had much time- wife turned the house upside down-
switching the 3 bedrooms around,
and too boot she took her computer (mine died awhile back) into the bedroom
which really screws my nighttime playing

gonna try some more now

really not that good of a promo tho IMO

Reporting back, I must have won 1 out of the 6 flip stt's cause i have me a single game ticket now yay lol.

Nope it really isn't, basically think i outlined in the OP you would have to play a min of say even 30 games at the regular speed if you cashed in all of them to gtd a single ticket for that game. so max getting is like 3.3% but i guess if you already grind free is free but i wish id never attempted it lol. I figured would run the super turbo's, usually do well in them and even if just broke even over lots of games would get lots of gtd tickets but didn't go so well on the varience side and lost a chunk the first night and the motivation to attempt another hard code session lol.

Good luck, hope you get some at those levels i was only on the 50c levels lol.

i played 3 .50c STT and won 1 and was ITM in all 3.. got a flip ticket and won in the flip tournament I regged in. So should have been my lucky day

just saw what hand I won in the flip. It was 46o and I hit a straight... LOL
