Where can i find a site with customized private tournaments/cash

What sites that you can use in Maryland can you customize a private tournament or cash game?

I'm having trouble finding any.

I think that the biggest one is pokerstars, there is a lot of tournaments and cash games.

IMHO you won't find any online rooms that will meet your need. PokerStars home games is about as close as you'll get but of course everything is play money and you'd have to work out payment separately (like the forum does for it's special events there).
