Where to claim against William Hill Poker?

Hello, yesterday I played an Omaha Hi-Lo Pot Limit tournament which after 3 hours playing was paused due to technical problems and then canceled after having waited more than 1 hour while I chatted with the support.

I was in the 1st and second position for a long time, but at the time of the technical problem when the tournament was paused I was in position 4.

The problem here and with what I am in disagreement that I was not paid at least the prize of the position number 4, which were EUR 5.25, mostly because I hate having been 3 hours playing for a while, and decided to get well High in the tournament and that these drones are freed from taking charge of their problems by paying with money from registered people to other users who were not in an award-winning position instead of putting it out of their own pocket.

That will be in their terms and conditions it might be very frustrating but those are the rules you agreed to when you signed up. Did you get your buy in refunded ?

Hi, YES They refunded me, but first they gave me an amount lower than my posicon, so I had to be sending them mail so that they pay me the real amount, after some mails they payed me all.
But equally you have to be wasting time with these people, it is the third time that tournaments are canceled where I play, this never happened to me in pokerstars.

What I've seen is that they use ICM to calculate a 'fair' distribution of the prize money over the remaining players.
It seems that in your game there were 15 players left, with only 10 places paid.
Due to ICM, some money will have been given to number 11, 12 maybe even 15. Not too difficult to see that nr 11 at the time of cancellation had some chance to end up in the money.
