I sent the following email to Carbon Poker Support:lol
Just wanted to know, not that I really care.

Dear Carbon Poker,

Recently, you sent me an email and informed me of a $10.00 bonus added to my account. The sum mentioned was deposited in said account.

However, I noted yesterday that the $10.00 bonus was removed from my account.

Question being, why did you guys take back the $10.00 bonus?

Thanks,

Those kinds of bonuses almost always have an expiration date - you probably did not use it in the required time.

How long ago did they send it? Sometimes you have a set amount of time to use it.

I got $7 awhile back, but only for the casino. Then if you won any, it went into your poker account. I took that $7 and run it up to $35 rolling dice. Then I used it playing poker and lost it all. Never won much at Carbon.

Carbon Poker Bonus

Thank you all for your replies,

Yes,

The Bonus did have an expiration date, unknown to me, or I would have used it. lol. Carbon Poker apologized to me and said the bonus had to be used by Feb.14th. lol

Live and learn.

Got to say one thing about Carbon Poker Support; they respond and address all issues quickly. I am impressed.

Thanks guys,

Those bonuses always have an espiriation date, and I suggest you not playing on carbon poker, it was once on a good network but I hear they have problems with payouts, specially lock poker which is on the same network.

You're of retirement age, so why do you give a **** about $10 on a poker site that takes ~3 months to payout?

It probably had an expiration, or it had requirements that needed to be completed in a certain amount of time. Sorry.

Why do I care about $10.00

I am retired and don't care about the $10.00. I could care less. It just seems to me that we have an obligation to notify or alert our CC forum members how the various poker sites are operating and treating members.

I have won many thousands of dollars playing on line poker. And, for sure $10.00 bucks means nothing.

Carbon Poker BR

I suspect that you are correct about Carbon Poker. Only reason I played on the site is I had a substantial bank roll on there. Now that my BR is $4.00 I most likely will not play on there again. My last payout from Carbon Poker took four (4) months. And, would not be sure that they would pay out again. So, why attempt to build up a BR on there.
