I would most definitely go with Bovada, its becoming one of the best sites for U.S. players. I can't think of any other site I would even deposit on. Does anyone know of a site near as good that accepts U.S. players?

Best are in pokerstrs because there can play many tornament to litlle bay in and there are many of sit and go tornament there cant play 1vs1 to monay

For non-americans - maybe 888poker. I heard that are lot of bad players.
I use to play on PS and I am satisfied with everything, can also recommend for non-americans.

I would say Pokerstars... you have many games to play and if you have some patience and some skill... you can make a good bankroll there.
