Be interested to here what u guys think.

I play 3. It funny, but here are my thoughts:-

  • Titan - Nice site. I like the way they deal but for some reason I just can`t seem to win on this site!!! Most tournys start with 1000 chips, and I think in a funny way it effects me.
  • Ladbrokes - My joint fav. MTT on a regular basis, easy to follow leaderboard. I don`t like the hand history.
  • Pokerstars - My other joint fav. Play seems to be less mad, more controlled play. I like the instant hand history. Always large S&G to play. The only downside for me is because I live in the UK some of the tournys start too late.
One thing I always find difficult is to work out what I am playing for in the sattellites. Might just be me, but...?

Titan - every tourney a speed tourney, 10 minute blinds and shallow stacks, not really worth any serious investment of time other than for fun. Sat on 3 cash tables the day I signed up for about an hour with no action. In serious need of some high-level props.

poker stars - the most ridiculous lack of large scale MTTs you will ever see of any major site (WCOOP excluded). Too much empasis on SNGs. Incredibly slow to fill up at any decent level Omaha cash table. On the plus site, they have HORSE, and they have the WCOOP, which is enough to maybe get them 2% of my time a year. I see they have a Sunday Horse now, so that might get abit more attention.

party poker - the best site by a million miles IMO. MTTs coming out of your ears, starting every few minutes. The standard blind structure is 15 mins compared to Stars 12 mins, with deeper starting stacks than Stars. Sunday Million 5000 chips and 20 mins blinds, makes a pleasant structure. PLUS the only site where you will ever get a decent level Omaha game 24/7.

Doyles - good level of MTTs considering their size. Can usually get a decent Omaha cash game going in the evenings. Nice interface.

Ultimate - OK for the occassional weekender, but not a fan of the interface to be honest

i used to play a lot on absolute and enjoyed the freerolls they offer and found the play somewhat competitive but it wasnt a very large site so i switched to stars and have found a lot more tighter playres and better competition. although i do not like that they dont offer many freerolls i will be sticking with stars for awhile

Played Ttian for a while but it seemed everytime I got to 3rd or 4th place in a tourney I would get disconnected and not be able to re-establish until I had lost half my stack in blinds. It happened enough I am looking for a new primary site. Will try pokerstars, Lasbroke Poker, and Interpoker for a while.

yeh man, ive noticed that about Pokerstars aswel, even emailed them about it. Everyone of the good tourneys seem to be late at night so i join them and then get tired so i dont play as good..

But Pokerstars has to be my favourite, think it always will be.

I play at PokerStars and Titan.
PokerStars is my primary site as that seems to be where my best luck is! There is always tables available and you rarely see the same people. Plenty of SNGs which usually fill up quickly, so you never have to worry about finding a game.

I have to agree with the the concensus about the MTTs on Stars, but I am not that big on them anyway (I only play 1 or 2 a month), so it isn't a factor for me one way or the other.
