Some companies verification process's have made me not play on there sites, if they take too long or require too many documents/passport or something like that.

What keeps me playing in the site is the amount of good tournaments and cash game players available, mainly

I know what you mean, a good cash game, but more are the tournaments they have available. It's hard to find the ones planned for a long stay.

I'm gone faster than the wind if I hear complaints that it is difficult to cash out. That's a no go right away.

For me, it's mostly lack of options as an American. I play on ACR because of the rakeback mostly. I tried Bovada/ignition for a while, but you see the craziest, shadiest stuff on that site. The final straw that broke the camel's back is the below hand. Dude flopped literally nothing but backdoor draws and he calls 2/3 pot bets on the flop and turn. River gives me set of aces and completes his straight with his garbage 25s. This is one of many crazy hands you see on that site. You see 4bets flatted with hands like 28o and they hit trips on the flop, allin preflop shoves with 86o and hit a straight on the flop. You name it, you'll see it on that site. Considering there are no player identities, you don't know if it's just a terrible player making silly moves or if it's people working for the site simply stealing your money. At least on other poker sites, everyone has a screen name so you can mark them and avoid them in the future if you sense shady business.

Good afternoon.First, It helps a lot to choose a site with a good reputation,Then, a good software ,excellent promotions, easy deposits and withdrawals, and many freerolls to play (if there were CC freerolls ,it would be even better)

I only play on reputable sites with a good reputation. In my opinion, only time-tested sites can be considered safe. I don't like new sites because I don't think they are safe enough.

What I don't like in some new sites is the amount of time you have to wait before people register in a sit and go for example, let alone the problems with the software and the customer service.

I usually try to do a small "test" withdrawal very soon after joining the site and if there are problems I quit the site.

I am a die hard pokerstars Fan, the software is great and I have no problem finding the games I am interested in, whether it is Stud, Draw, Omaha or Holdem. I have tried other sites when they start up or recommended to me by Poker playing friends, but always seem to return to Pokerstars after a while.
One site I used to love was PKR.com but unfortunately they went broke and finished in the hands of the administrators, but the software was way ahead of it's time and being able to get your Avatar to make rude remarks to other players was incredible, you could even Flirt with other players, and change the mood of your Avatar, it was ground breaking stuff.
You could also choose where you played Poker, In a Casino or Bar, even on the top deck of a Boat, and having the Avatar look around your environment was a cool feature.
Fun? Hell Yes! but it was still a great Poker site that gave you more than most. I started with the 10 Cent giveaways and run up £2 Dollars in winnings, in no time, then started buying in for 10 Cent games until I was buying in for 25.C. 50.C. and eventually $1.00 buy-ins running my bankroll up to over $150 in a very short time.
It was great fun to play on their site and profitable.

When the fun Stops, STOP!

I'm wary of playing on new sites, I'd be worried that they'd be gone quickly (with your money) if they failed. I prefer playing on sites that are well established and have many players and games available.

I love stability and reliability. There are few reliable poker sites and I prefer to play on them. New is not always the best

The thing that turns me off the most about new sites, or even ones that have been around for a while, are that they will instantly take your money, with no checks, and balances, but when it comes to a withdrawal, you have to do sit spins, triple toe loops, quads, and, and double salchows to get your winnings.

Sportsbook and a large player pool and lots of tournaments and cash games available for Poker make me stay

Lack of tournaments at lower stakes are usually what turn me off from sites lately

How many "new" sites are really emerging these days in an overall declining market? The last one, I heard about, was "Run it once" poker, which started a few years ago but is now a ghost town. So for me its more about trying a different site, which has been around for years, but just without me playing on it. And the main thing would be either a license in my market or a long track record and decent reputation to convince me, the site is trustworthy.

Very heavy and slow mobile Apps can be a turn off. Even lengthy and stringent registration process put me off.

I'm not a fan of registering in all the new rooms. I only play in time-tested poker rooms.

I'm interested when there's a nice welcome bonus so I can try out the site. But if there is no good MTT grid, in the most varied limits, good software, light and clean, not too confusing, and especially the withdrawal policy, sites that pose many obstacles, conditions and a long delay to approve withdrawals already make me have no interest in keeping myself playing on it.
