What poker sites have the highest traffic for U.S players?

I plan to start at the micro-stake SnG's and tournaments and I want to know which sites to play at have the best player traffic. I want tables to fill up constantly and not have to wait 20 minutes or more for one table to start. Neither Carbon nor Bovada seem to offer that; both seem to have long waiting times for tables to fill up.

Must be a site that allows U.S players.

What games do you play? It's easy to have 18 SnG's going at all times at Carbon, but I've decided to start playing my majority elsewhere because of their rake and lack of any rewards.

The highest traffic networks for the US are the network that Bovada uses, the Merge (Carbon, Aced) network, and the Winning network (America's Cardroom, Black Chip Poker).
