Hi everyone. First time poster. Long time lurker.

I used to play a lot of online poker back when pokerstars was in operation in the U.S. before the 2011 shut down. After the shut down, I took a long break and decided to focus more on other things in life.

Now, I'm wanting to get back into poker again. I did a search on the forum and couldn't find an answer to my question.

What poker site have the highest playerbase in the U.S.? I'm thinking Betonline or ACR. I've tried out ignition and I really dislike it.

If only we can get player counts like Pokerstars. Maybe someday.

If you don't like anonymous tables on Ignition than your best bet is playing on ACR or Betonline. I wouldn't bother with any other pokersite other than those two if you are worried about the size of the player pool. Carbon Poker used to have a decent player pool but I'm not sure what they are up to these days.

Hi. At least on the cash game side ACR seems to have a bigger player pool than Betonline in my experience. I don't have any hard numbers to back that up though..

Blame your corrupt government.

With Trump, whom owns live-poker playing casinos, in power you never will see online poker expanding in USA the laws will tighten if anything.

Pokerscout currently lists Ignition/Bovada ≥ Winning Poker Network (ACR/Blackchip/True/PokerHost) > BetOnline/Sportsbetting > Merge > various NJ or NV sites > juicy stakes/intertops > different bitcoin sites Betcoin, Nitrogen and SWCpoker ≥ 5Dimes (Grand Poker).

I am against Donald Trump, and I wish we had better access to online poker here.

But Trump no longer owns any casinos.

The last casino he had any ownership stake in, Trump Taj Mahal, closed in October 2016. He does own a hotel in Las Vegas, but there is no casino inside that hotel.
