Hello everyone today I wanted to share my epic and unique story about my account on ACR,my name Is Itay I'm 23 years old from Israel.
on the 29/7 I've played on ACR I deposited 75$ to my account, yes a lot of say this is recreational player and a lot of things.
I've a lot of confidence in my game, the way I play,so the thing is that I started to play around 15:30 playing with my whole 75$ and ended up after 2 hours of play, with 1300$ + ,I caught after getting to 500$,a big fish ,we played on 3/6 cash tables holdem, and this guy had 120$ at the table and me either,so he dropped a lot of cash everytime,I started to bust him out a lot of times,he lost 120$ after couple minutes and came with more 120$,so anyway I ended up at this table with over 1100$ my bankroll was over 1300$,I said to myself this is enough for today, probably I never had this god running before in cash tables in my whole life, making it to 1300$+ from 75$ at 2 hours at NL cash tables, this is nuts ! but this is one story to end up with.
the story begins after I closed the software and left the game it was around 17:50 Israeli time,I went to hangout with friends,I returned home at around 3:50,I went to my computer logged in ACR and boom..I look on my bankroll and 0$ I was like :O :O what the hell? I woke up my brother with angry face and bad attitude,he is 16 years old and a good kid,it wasn't his fault..I was relief but I was still angry, where my cash gone FFS,I thought a lot of things...my password was easy...I had couple days before on my nod32 antivirus some virus detected, and all this,I tried to figure it out what could happened that this came to results,I played a lot in pokerstars/ACR and many more sites, but this thing doesn't happened everyday, exactly it never happened to anyone before, anyway I've spoke with ACR team on live chat, they told me to wait until IT team will review your case and your account, well I'm waiting with hard stomach and very sad attitude ,I wanted to share this story with you for what reason I wanted to hear your thoughts, what do you think about all this issue and what you suggest to me if ACR decides that I won't get my cash back.I hope for good results.:(

that's the idea it doesn't show that it was transferred or withdrawn to any other users, like it "used in the game from my user"
this is crazy thing.

yes my nickname is pokerbets93,I got a results from the security team taking care of it,I hope it's not a final decision but that's what they wrote me 2 days ago

We hope this email finds you well, It's a pleasure for us to assist you.

I looked into your account to find out what had happened to your lost balance. I realized that the money was actually played on 3 different ring games; "(PRR) Pegasus (Short) - 4", "(PRR) Medusa (Short) - 4" and "(PRR) Raven Mocker - 3". We reviewed the hand histories and we found that you were actively playing from your local IP address (the same address you were logged in when you earned the $1182.68 at a ring game before), this proves that your account was not breached.

hope it will not end just like this,I've been an honest player the whole time,I'm playing a lot of time in poker, the security software in ACR is bullshit if that's how things handling in this site.

I'm wondering why you even mentioned waking up your brother that has the angry face and bad attitude, do you have suspicions that it may have been him that used your account.

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]this is their final decision I'm leaving this site forever and I will let everyone I know not to play there again,so lame judgment and the way they treat their players.

We hope this e-mail finds you well.

Please find attached your transaction history for the last 07/30, as mentioned you in previous replies your activity came from the very same device as usual and we have not found any signs of unauthorized accesses.

Please make sure to review the information attached carefully, if you still does not recognize the activity please make sure to confirm if some one else have access to your computer username and password.
You can access your hand history from the poker client Game Info >> View Hand History.

As well you can confirm your ring game and tournament sessions from:

My account >> Details >> Poker Statictics >> Real Money sessions (>> Tournaments)

For security reasons we would like to recommend you to change your password which we have sent you a separate e-mail so you can choose a new one, once completed please reply back so we can reinstate your poker account.

Please feel free to contact us back if you have any questions or concerns regarding the previous email.

Kind Regards,

Cause my brother had the only access to my computer,so I was 100% sure it was him,but after he told me he slept the whole time,I wondered what could happen and how the hell it showed to the software"it was from my computer the connection"

so sad how it ended account balance of 1300$.. my advice be very cautions in this site with your cash no one probably will give your money back if something similar could happen to you.

If I was your brother and did use your account and lost all of your money, then I too would say I was asleep the whole time.

Look at your hand histories at what time the hands that lost all of your BR were played and work out who had access to your computer at that time.

Why does ACR all of a sudden need $1300.00 to take it from you, there are other accounts with a hell of a lot more that $1300.00 that they could steal from if they were so inclined.

Don't blame ACR until you have exhausted all other more likely avenues.

So you left your system vulnerable, had an easy password, and want to blame ACR for someone stealing/playing and losing your money.

Gotcha... damn that ACR... those bastards. How could they force you to leave your system so unsecured. Dammmnnn them!!

I agree with ACR. They should pay nothing.

If they paid you, they would have to pay EVERYONE that simply lost their money, and now claims "it wasn't them".

You are responsible for the security of your account (ie. password). While of course it is possible to use some kind of key logger to get your password, this would still be your responsibility. Being that it came from your ip address, it was simply you or your brother. No way to come up with any other conclusion.

Sorry you had to learn this lesson the hard way.

P.S. I always keep the min in my account. You could have cashed out 1000.00 and not had this problem.

Wow ACR on the job CardsChat providing the platform. It might not end the way this user liked but I do like the way it went from chatting to investigations to solved or partially I guess.

If your little brother is mischievous I would do a little more questioning than just accepting what he says. Your situation sucks but if it was played on your IP address it is impossible for ACR to just say ok let's give this kid the 1300 bucks he just lost because he has a good story. I'm sorry this happened to you but there HAS to be an explanation.

I very much agree, I don't see this being ACR trying to get over on someone. If it is someone hacking then it is a very rare occasion. Most likely the little angry face brother in my mind.

I would check hand history. If it's not what you last played then confront your brother again. If he's the only one that had access to your computer then there's clearly a hint on what happened. You shouldn't let him or anyone use you account (if that's what is happening)! Logging off properly can keep things secure as well. Good luck.

Guys thanks for the comments,I will answer to all of your questions now
the first one is : my brother didn't have my password for ACR,so we wouldn't try to guess it couple minutes 100%,second he won't lie to me cause it's "about cash"
and third thing it was 3-4 am so no way in the world he could have stay wake only to play with my cash, the second thing is I don't blame ACR,but put yourself on my position what would you could do? I've tried to search on answers everywhere,I tried my nod32 checked maybe could be like keylogger or maybe any other software I downloaded that maybe include some worms or something else, couldn't find anything,I know it's not ACR fault? but it's mine? also ACR told me that I'm right about the ip-even if you use other ip's like vpn and all this is will show you still the same ip everytime, this is one problem, but they said they can see my computers GUI number that is identifies my computer, and this is special.
still I ask a lot of questions about this software ACR use to prevent those things.
:/
thanks everyone for commenting and taking part with my story, that's all I have to say.hope you all be safe with the online poker, learn from what happened to me good luck.

same thing happened to me

But it was on Sportsbetting. No doubt someone hacked my account was playing within my account with my money. they too lost all my money. the response from sportsbetting was the same as acr. I wouldnt make any judgments on anybody who says this has happened to them because it could easily be you and you will then be a Believer!

IF you have remember password checked on the client nobody would know your password. Sounds like ACR is on top of it and was able to prove the play was from your computer
