Should I try impossible FTP satellites or just wait until I can buy something from the Fulltilt store ?

Why do you consider the satellites impossible

1800 full tilt points buys you into a 9 handed game where the top 3 get a $26 token

600 gets you into a 9 handed game with one token for the winner

either game is beatable

Save them for a cardrunners membership, imo.

Anyway, FTP points are nearly worthless ($0.005) and their worth is deducted from MGR when you use them, so you loose rakeback.

Do you have a CR membership? I've been wondering what to do with my FT points as well and that seemed like the only thing that might be worth the RB hit.

Actually I don't. I'm a stoxpoker member. But you can't buy stox membership with FT points yet.

I already have a Stox membership as well (perk from my RB provider for raking more than $500 MGR/month), but it's basically use my FT points for CR or just let them accumulate.

Then you can try CR for a day, can't you? We all got a one day trial code when the companies merged, didn't we?

You know I think you're right. I had forgotten about that. Thanks.

Eew, you take a rakeback hit from redeeming points? Wtf, I gotta stop playing at happy hour!

Do you take a rakeback hit from playing satty's with them?

Yes and yes. FTP charges a RB hit for just about everything including "fees" associated with cashing out.

Damn, I suppose I'll never move over to Full Tilt for hold'em. UB doesn't deduct rakeback when you convert your points into cash at the rate of $0.007 per point. Plus I earn points faster at UB...

go to the forum section at full tilt and under player transactions you can try to sell the points ....the going rate is around 4 dollars per 1000 points

All this talk reinforces what we know about tilt -- gouging rake structure and almost zero bonuses or benefits (except for initial deposit). FT points are the most useless ones you can find online.
Shame on you Howard.
In the end, as the smaller rooms collapse and more peeps are drawn to the monoliths like tilt, the rake will increase and points become even more pointless.

This hasto be the best FTP tourney they have as you can play some pretty big tourneys with the tokens. I've played the 600 PTS one and won a token before.. its pretty easy! You can do it!!

Build Up the Points

Hey,

I would recommend that you build up your points... by playing in the 100 point and 200 point sats. to the $750,000... the winner gets 2,500 points... just keep building them up....

Then, you can play the 1,800 point 9 player Turbo Sit-n-Go where the 3 top players win a $26...

you can also get into 5,000 points... sats. to big tournaments...

or build them up and get that new TV you always wanted... from the FULL TILT STORE ;-)

I wouldn't use them to buy-in satellites, since they are then deducted from rakeback. I would rather buy something from the FullTilt store instead

the 1800 9 handed for a $26 token to top 3 is very good. When you consider that the 600 only pays 1 place it's easier to get top 3 everytime than have to take 1st out of 3 tries :)

there a 200 ftp sat to the 750k sat every so often i like it because about 10 percent make it to the 750k tourny from the round 2 sat. the items in the full tilt store r way over priced and i wouldnt buy any of it. if i were u id play a few sat to the 750k or try from a 26 dollar token but its up to you gl.
