What to do

NLOP started the wsop ladder tourney this week, and I made step 5/8 on day one.

At step 5 I placed second twice holding my spot, then on my third try I suffered my first step backwards.

After playing my way back to a step five ticket, the screen froze mid preflop calls on the first hand. I refreshed the screen and came back to the lobby where there was no active game listed or ticket available.

I have contacted support twice now where they show an active "support ticket" but have received no response.

They replaced an entry ticket like this before, but on another occassion I have been completely ignored.

NLOP replaced my ticket today. It took a week, but they did eventually make good. Finally back at it.

Congrats for that at least they did not ignore your request!

mine has frozen like that few times best to shut everything down and restart fresh it will show back up then .well at least it do.es for me .havefunAA

I think there are better places to play for freerolls.
Not a fan of their software at all.. I won a little back in the day there, but for the time investment, you just aren't getting much.

Do Freerolls on ACR; CoinPoker; and BoL
(Though honestly, ACR has so many it's hard to run out)
