What is the best poker room?

Please give your opinion to this: in what poker room players have the smallest skill?

In general, probably at the lowest buy-in tables lol

All rooms have bad players, need only table select , to find them.
Now good rooms this PS, 888, iPoker Network, which has more traffic.

That would be any smaller rooms you haven't heard of that aren't infested with regs yet. Probably worst for players of low skill is poker stars and international sites. Americans are by far the worst at poker now. Wasn't like that 6 years ago.
