Yeah, you won't ever see a "Merge" rep. They don't handle player issues directly unless escalated to them by a skin, and then you still won't typically hear from them directly. They'll communicate back through the skin.
Don't know if we have the same Carbon reps (Ryan and Chris) that are on 2+2, but they do a great job over there handling issues when emails don't work. I've not had any Carbon issues but honestly if I did, I'd go there first and not even bother with an email. Same with Lock (both when they were on Merge and now on Revolution). Although Lock did recently beef up their CS department and things have been slowly improving, but they're still working through a huge backlog from when they were understaffed.

I think i've seen the carbon rep post a few times and that was it.Each site operates independently. We do have Carbon reps, but they never respond anyway.
I'm hoping that this post will get a rep or 2 that can help with all Merge's Skins.
