Washington State poker sites 2012

So, is BetOnline.com the only on still taking new players from this state? I was rejected by Lock, Cake, and Bovada.

I haven't deposited on their site yet but I've read positive threads and posts about the site.

Played at BO for the last two months before deleting the software.. I didn't have any major problems with the site to note ..other than not being allowed to review my HH or use a HUD.

Don't bother... ACR and betDSI won't accept you. You'll get registered and then they'll shut down your account when you try to play.

I'm surprised anybody is taking players from Washington State as I'm pretty sure it's a felony to take wagers or place them online.

Lock will reject you. All Cake sites will reject you. Have you tried the other Merge sites like Carbon? Have you tried intertops yet? I'm not sure if they act separately from Cake when it comes to signups, as they do in most matters.

I signed up for all these rooms pre black friday. I can't remember the last time I was able to add a new room.

There was a legal re-definition in 2007. It's made it much more grey whether or not it's illegal to play poker for small amounts. My attempts to withdraw have been rebuked though. Washington State can claim all it wants that it's a felony to allow Washington state players to play, but they've yet to show they have any jurisdiction over foreign-based sites.
