I understand that there's legislation in this state vs. online gaming. Does that mean that poker players in that state are blocked from online poker sites?

Here is the actuall law, by the way. It states in here that they don't monitor the players they monitor the sites, so if they seize information from a site and find a player from WA State they will send a warning letter, then punishment. They need to recognize poker as a game of skill and take it out of this bill, the accept online horse playing as a game of skill so I can't see why poker is in this.
Many thanks to those who've responded to my question. It's not that I'm contemplating a move to WA. Just trying to anticipate what might happen to Alabama poker players if the pending bill (which, I understand, may give states the option to ban online poker) becomes law. We can't even have state lottery here or be able to buy liquor on Sundays before noon.
