I have been able to grow my complimentary $5 bank on Earth Poker to more than $35 through microlimit ring games and freeroll tourneys. I was sitting in at the .05/.10 table last night when departed players began to return to the table and observer-chat that their Poker Money account balance had reset to zero upon leaving our table. As I was enjoying a pretty good run, I stayed in my chair until the table broke up and I was the last player seated. Sure enough, when I left the table and went to the Cashier screen to check on my funds, I was looking at goose eggs across the board.

I immediately emailed Earth Poker support, as I'm sure everyone else did who suffered the loss last night. Haven't heard anything back yet, which doesn't surprise me given the feedback I've read from others who have sought responses from this site. I haven't deposited any real money, of course, and I still haven't directly heard anyone say they've successfully cashed out.

Just a heads-up to the Earth Poker players to check on your account balances. And monitor them going forward for similar unexplained dumps.

FYI, my Earth Poker coffers are still empty fourteen hours after the fact. My problem isn't that winnings weren't posted, but that ALL my money went poof!

Well apparentally I have too much time on my hands. I found that earth poker is licensed in Curacao, netherlands Antilles. The problem is their gaming commision doesn't take player complaints! They tell you to contact the member which of course means time to bend over! I don't know what else to tell you, generally I suggest my peers contact the respective site's gaming commision but in this case that isn't an option. They do have some very strange terms and conditions at earth. I paraphrase one that says they "limit" wiseguy activities. I have no idea WTF that would mean. Hopefully you can get somewhere with their support but even if you do might be time to find a better room.
