Wanna join bodog, not sure about points system....

I'm new to this forum. Can anyone help explain something to me? I play mainly on FT but have been looking into bodog. Can someone explain to me exactly how their points bonus system works? I am a little confused.

100 points can be turned into $1 !you can also use a 100 points and play in a qualifier where something like 1 in 18 gets a $29 tournament credit. For 400 or 500 points you have a 1 in 30 chance of winning a $162 tournament credit. They also have a 30 point $300 tourny, as far as getting tournament credits i'll let someone else post that as i don't rember the specific details.

The lousy part about those 100 point tourneys is they only run at 7am and 7:30pm EST. If that's not convenient...too bad.

They recently took away what I think was much better: 200 point single table SNGs that paid the top 4 something like T$15/11/4.40/1. These ran 24/7 so it was much more convenient and a little easier to turn points into something useful.

Don't go for the points for cash though. The value of the points in this exchange is much lower than if you use them in a tournament situation.

i think the best thing about the points is that you get them no matter what you play even the free games pay points too. granted they dont pay much but if you play 2 freerolls a day and go deep in them you can rack up a few points in no time. i used to play the freerolls and the play money tables and sit and gos til i got 30 points then i would play in a 30 point $500 freeroll which they do everyday.

Was just looking over some of my points that i have earned on the site. I noticed every time i played in a cash table it gave me .10 points for every big blind i played the big blid was 10 cents. Also the sit and gos i play it were giving 3x the buy in fee. 2.20 sit and go gave .60 pints 4.40 1.20 etc
In addition at the end of the day they give you time played points not sure how these work though.

any table u play at u get 1 point/hour...freerolls play money etc
