Read lots of old posts about withdrawal issues from Walker poker, but thought the issues had been resolved....

Tried my first withdrawal about a month ago- it took 2 weeks for them to come back to me saying they need ID, then they tell me to 'verify' my ID- using a link that doesnt work!

Now even the support link doesnt seem to work...

Have sent them a copy of my passport and sent chaser emails, but dont even seem to get a reply!!

Dont quite see how a poker site like this can stay in business- anyone else still havign issues?

Funny how they want to "verify" your ID when you want your money back but they have no concern about it when you set up an account or make a deposit.

I think there was a problem here and I can guarantee that Walker Poker isn't going down, as it is under a new management and no payment issues of any kind exist.

Perfectly natural, I would have thought. They are looking for cheaters and fraudsters. If you are a failure as a cheat and fraudster and you lose money, that isn`t going to worry anyone, obviously. :D

Hey Egon,

This isn't quite right. We lose a lot by frauds. First we can a fine from the processing company and then we have to pay the winning player regardless if it was a chargeback. This is why we want to verify who is depositing and withdrawing. This is mainly done when someone deposits with a credit card and not neteller/Moneybookers.

CryingAmy ay had a problem but no one delayed the withdraw. Once we can talk, I' sure this issue will be solved and we can explain what went wrong here.
