Walker Poker?

I'm just wondering if anyone plays here. I recieved ann email from them and didn't open it because I felt a little suspicious of it, especially when I couldn't find a review for it on any of the respected sights. Any info?

I got email as well. i did open but took me to some other sites. its just a spam email i believe.

I used to play on Walker, it is just another Merge skin. Nothing to be afraid of imo, not spam.

I had a roll on there that I won like 5 years ago from another poker site and I played there a little bit when I was bored of FT or PS. No different than any other Merge site other than the color scheme. Very Cowboyesque.

no maybe not the room itself. but the sender of the email. you cant enter their website either. you sure its still up?
either way i would delete the email anyway

Well, I will go ahead and retract my statement earlier as I was just going from previous experience with them. Just looked at their site and it looks like they went down and someone re-reg'd their domain and is going to use it as a scam(they didn't do a very good job at completing it before sending out emails, newbs...)

So their site is back up and they are listed as a Merge skin on the Poker Maximus II website, so it looks like their domain must have been hijacked or something, but they are still a usable Merge site and I have used them in the past. It always blows my mind how many Merge affiliates there are: http://thepokermaximus.com/partners.html

yes seeing its back up but anyway, i would stay with a known site instead. wouldnt trust that room even if it been running for long. but thats just me tho (unless they have awesome promos and stuff^^ 4 free)

e: was looking at the certificate and see that there is written they are in good stadning and also last RNG test in june 2012 - if its hole merge there is meant
or the room im not sure at. but you can press the link yourself on their homepage and see. "kahnawake gaming-commision" so it may be safe also if the above poster here played back then. but still, i dont see any reviews of the room.

I used to play there a few years ago, but I never played anymore. Don't know if it's closed though, but I don't see no reasons why play there because for what I remeber they didn't had any good promos.

Merge Skin... nothing fishy... Got a free roll on there 4 years ago for $10...

Walker used to be on the merge network but going by their site it looks like they aren't a very good skin to use. I would stick to some of the better known sites that give out better bonuses.
